スタンフォード大学、早稲田大学卒業後、UBS、他外資系投資銀行数社にて金融キャリアをスタート。シリコンバレーベンチャーキャピタル、セコイア・キャピタルにてアナリスト、イタリアファッショングループ ステファネル・ジャパンCEO、アマゾン・ジャパンに務め、直近は講師として、本田技研工業、住友電気工業、ブラザー工業各社における経営幹部向けリーダーシップ育成と新規事業開発長期研修プログラムを企画・指導し、リーダーシップ育成・輩出に貢献。日本のCBD市場の誕生と日本の医療・健康コミュニティにおけるカンナビス科学への理解のギャップをきっかけに、2020年10月、「カンナビス教育を通じ、個々に変化をもたらす」というビジョンのもと、日本でMM411をスタート。
Following graduation from Stanford University and Waseda University, I began my financial career at UBS and several other foreign investment banks. As an analyst at the Silicon Valley venture capital firm, Sequoia Capital, and later as the CEO of Stefanel Japan, an Italian fashion group, I gained diverse experiences. I also worked for Amazon Japan. Most recently, I contributed to leadership development by planning and instructing long-term leadership and new business development training programs for executive management at companies like Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Electric Industries, and Brother Industries. Noticing the gap between the emergence of the CBD market in Japan and the understanding of cannabis science in Japan's medical and health community, I founded MM411 in Japan in October 2020, with a vision of "bringing change to individuals through cannabis education.”
