日本大学生物資源科学部研究員、環境科学博士。
日本大学農獣医学部卒、同大学院より「資源作物アサの利用に関する研究」で博士号を取得。
1999 年からヘンプの可能性と多様性に着目し、日本の大麻草に関する伝統文化復興と麻の研究開発事業を行うため、自治体、企業、大学、NPO、農業者などと共に様々な活動を展開。

Researcher at Nihon University's College of Bioresource Sciences, Doctor of Environmental Science.
Graduated from the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at Nihon University and obtained a doctoral degree from the same university's graduate school with a dissertation on "Research on the Utilization of Hemp as a Resource Crop."
Since 1999, he has focused on the potential and diversity of hemp. In order to revitalize the traditional culture related to cannabis sativa in Japan and promote hemp research and development projects, he has launched various activities in collaboration with local governments, corporations, universities, NPOs, and farmers.
