日本大学生物資源科学部研究員/天津菅麻栽培推進協議会
1974年滋賀県生まれ。日本大学農獣医学部卒。同大学院より博士（環境科学）取得。
99年よりヘンプの可能性と多様性に注目し、日本の大麻草に関する伝統文化復興と
麻の研究開発に携わる。主な著作/編著に「ヘンプ読本」（2006年,築地書館）
「大麻（あさ）」(2019年、農文協）「大麻の教科書」(2021年,イーストプレス）等。
農林水産省主催のアグリビジネス創出フェア（11月26-28日）の各ヘンプ団体での
出展コーディネーターも担当。
月刊専門誌「農業経営者」に18年1月からヘンプの記事を連載中。
Researcher at Nihon University College of Bioresource Sciences / Tianjin Hemp Cultivation Promotion Council
Born in Shiga Prefecture in 1974. Graduated from Nihon University’s College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine and earned a PhD in Environmental Science from the same university. Since 1999, he has focused on the potential and diversity of hemp, working on the revival of traditional Japanese cannabis culture and hemp R&D. Major publications include Hemp Handbook (2006, Tsukiji Shokan), Asa (Cannabis) (2019, Rural Culture Association), and The Hemp Textbook (2021, East Press). He is also the exhibition coordinator for various hemp organizations at the Agri-Business Creation Fair (November 26-28) hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. He has been contributing a monthly series on hemp to the professional journal Agricultural Management since January 2018.
